All of our furniture and its parts are covered by a warranty of 2 years. Kesia Furniture SL assumes all of the costs necessary to repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. These efforts are free of charge for the consumer.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not those arising from an improper use or improper maintenance. It is important to keep the e-mail that confirms the date of purchase of the product.

  1. Product that does not meet your expectations

We recommend reembalar the product carefully with the protections provided by Kesia Furniture SL, whereas the damage during the transport could involve an additional cost for the depreciation of the product.

If you exert your right of withdrawal and received the package in perfect conditions, Kesia Furniture SL will refund the amount you paid for the product returned by the same means of payment.


  • In case of error on the part of Kesia Furniture SL, that is to say, a product that is damaged, defective or an error in the shipping, we will assume all return shipping charges.

  • For returns outside of the mainland due to dissatisfaction with the product, you can use the transit agency with which we work.
